Jezza Williams started MakingTrax, an organisation that’s recently been granted charitable trust status in New Zealand. He works with a wide range of tourism operators, which includes rafting, skydiving, paragliding and kayaking, to make their businesses more inclusive. And he tests out every experience himself before making it possible for others."I was quite blown away at the lack of infrastructure and the lack of organisation when it came to people in my position being able to get amongst the outdoors and adventure market."
