If you are interested in developing your own accessibility skills, or want to raise your own awareness about digital inclusion AHEAD has established 3 free accessibility courses and Digital Badges. While we designed these courses for Irish teachers and educators we encourage everyone who is interested in learning about accessible technology for education to self-enrol and take these free self-paced online modules.

Ireland's AHEAD has published a great resource for learning about Assistive Technologies. Discover free and non-free options for assistance technologies - hardware, software, and resources.

If you want to be proactive about your own learning...

Use the "Discover your Assistive Technology" to explore AT in a focused way. You'll find videos, self-assessment selectors, and also offers a pathway to publish your own. 

Us this to match your own personal 'challenge', with the devices you have access to, and identify matching technologies to better support your own needs.

If you use an AT tool that isn't included in the AT Hive you can submit an AT write up to AHEAD and they'll find the right place for it.
